Welcome to Aspire Styling. By accessing or using our services and website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Aspire Styling is an Australian business providing home staging, styling, and photography services throughout South East Queensland, including the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas.

2. Service Agreement
By engaging our services, you agree to the scope, pricing, and timeline outlined in your booking confirmation or quote. Additional services outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
3. Booking & Payments
- Final payment is due prior to or on the day of installation.
- We accept payments via bank transfer or card (details provided upon booking).
- Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week overdue.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit.
- Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind or if the property is sold/rented earlier than expected.
5. Furniture & Styling Items
- All staging furniture and décor remain the property of Aspire Styling.
- Clients are responsible for the condition of items during the staging period.
- Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be invoiced at replacement cost.
- Styling is for visual display purposes only and is not intended for functional use.
6. Access to Property
- The client must ensure safe, clear, and timely access to the property at agreed times.
- Additional call-outs due to access issues may incur additional fees.
7. Photography Usage
- We reserve the right to use photos of staged properties for marketing purposes unless expressly declined in writing.
- Clients may use the photos provided by Aspire Styling for marketing their property only and must not alter or resell them.
8. Liability
- While we take every care to ensure quality and safety, Aspire Styling is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss occurring at the property once the staging is installed.
- We are not liable for any sales or rental outcomes resulting from our services.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We do not share or sell your information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
